ABOUT DR. SARA CREEKMORE
A Physician. A Practice Owner. A Leader Who Gets It.
Dr. Sara Creekmore is a board-certified opthomologist and the founder of Tampa Bay Eye and Face Rejuvination. She has been recognized as the Top Doc of Tampa Bay for 3 years in a row. She specializes in advanced cataract surgery, eyelid surgery, and aesthetics-delivering exceptional natural results while building a practice centered on trust, excellence, and patient care.
Why I co-founded FoundHer MD
“As a physician entrepreneur, I understand the demands of leading a team, managing growth, navigating operations and staying true to your values. I believe FoundHer MD gives women clinic owners a place to ask honest questions, strengthen their confidence, learn from shared experience, and make better decisions with greater clarity. Because running a successful practice means more than caring for patients—it means understanding how to lead a team, manage financial growth, improve efficiency, and make confident decisions that move the practice forward. Through education, collaboration, and shared experiences, FoundHer MD can help physicians spend more time working on their practices instead of simply working in them.”
ABOUT NICOLE SIMONSEN
A Strategist. A Growth Advisor. A Leader Who Turns Insight Into Action.
Nicole Simonsen is a business strategist and revenue leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations improve growth, execution, leadership, and operational performance. Through SignalMD, she helps physician owners better understand the business behind their practice—connecting patient experience, financial performance, marketing, and operations so they can make clearer, more confident decisions.
Why I co-founded FoundHer MD
“I co-founded FoundHer MD because I know how intimidating it can be to step into unfamiliar territory as a business owner and as an executive leader. I have built, owned, and helped lead businesses, and learned that business and financial acumen develop through experience, mistakes, trusted guidance, and the right community. That learning curve becomes much shorter when you are surrounded by women genuinely invested in one another’s success. I want women physicians to feel as capable and in control of their business as they do in the exam room—to understand where their money is going, see what drives growth, make informed investments, and build a practice that delivers meaningful returns financially, professionally, and personally.”
