We’ll cover how to think beyond patient care and start making decisions around strategy, finances, growth, operations, and leadership. The goal is to help physician entrepreneurs feel more confident in the business side of ownership and leave with a clearer understanding of where they should be spending their time and attention.

This will be practical, conversational, and designed for physicians who want to build stronger businesses without having to become “business experts” first.
